About
Orlando Mendez, aka “The Cuban Cowboy,” is a Miami-born, Nashville-based country artist blending his Cuban-American roots with a coastal, high-energy take on country music. Raised in South Florida with a love for both country music and life on the water, Orlando has built a sound and identity that are uniquely his own.
He first gained national attention on Season 22 of The Voice, earning a four-chair turn from Blake Shelton, John Legend, Gwen Stefani, and Camila Cabello. Since then, Orlando has continued building his career through new music and live shows across the country.
Rooted in honest storytelling, Cuban culture, and a lifelong connection to the coast, Orlando is carving out his own lane in modern country music.
